I remember someone saying something like this, not sure or it was ingame or in a thread.
" I was on IRC in a conversation making some jokes while hampa was drunk, then I said something and he called me a Bitch, then he/ishi gave me the achivement"
Could be totally wrong information but it doesn't matter alot as mathias showed us that you cannot earn it anymore.
