Namechange a have a min of 4 letters because you can't search for 3 letter names that could be in use already. I'm pretty sure. If an account has been inactive for 3 years, you can take the name. I think.

Some admins do it, but I don't think the current active ones do
The past makes you wanna die out of regret, and future makes you depressed out of anxiety. So by elimination, the present is likely the happiest time.
