I'm requesting a counter strike global offensive custom skin, I want it to be white with orange around the scope and orange "stripes" down the side

Just want to inform you people can't "make skins" they need to be approved before anyone else can see/buy them with it sounds like you want a one like the asiimov

There's a guide, I can view it, but no one else can unless they download it.

you can make skins but you can't wear the skins you make in-game nor have them in your inventory.

the thing i read said I could see them but no one else could, and I would be kicked if I entered official rooms, there's a mod to it.

It seems this doesn't work though.
