Uhh, everywhere. Red is the neck area which you don't see, where the arrows cross is the middle, white circle is front, etc.

It's just there to show you what goes where, so it would be easier for you to make a texture.

Can you upload it even if its not gif format?

You can upload your head through the forum with different formats:
TGA, JPG, PNG & other formats. Just check out the full list.

k this is what u do:P
draw ur head texture or w/e on gimp paint photoshop etc.
make a copy of it thats either of these things,.bmp,.gif,.jpg,.png,.tga,.tif
