When I made a new account on the game it told me there was a network error and to go to the website and make a profile. after i did that i tried to sign in again and it said there was still a network error can someone help me with this issue?

Not sure but it sounds like a firewall problem to me, you should go onto your firewall settings and allow an exception for toribash to go through
