Part I ~ Understanding the Forums

Okay, here we will be looking at what different parts of the forum mean and how you can use them to better your knowledge and understanding of whats going on.

The Navigation Bar
This is the navigation bar. This will allow you to navigate the forums very easily by using them.
User CP is where you can choose settings for the way that you are going to use the forum and access features in which the forum provides. You will read more about this later in the Section 3, Settings.
Register is where you can register a user if you dont have an account already in toribash or on the forums, or if you want to make an alternate account on the forums.
Community, is where you can navigate to groups on the forums, view an archive of all the members existing in toribash, view your contacts, and look through members who have been banned. This will be explained in further detail later.
Calendar, is basicly a link to a virtual calendar which holds a list of birthdays and events in the toribash forums.
New posts, will go to a consitently updating list of all the newest posts that have just been made on the forums.
Search, will allow you to enter a word or phrase into the field there and then will search up all posts/threads depending on which you choose, that contain the tag/tags you put into the field.
Quick links, is a quick navigational tool which will allow you to navigate to various parts of the forum quickly. I will go into detail with this later.
Log out, is where you can log out of you account on the forums.
Private Messages, also known as Pm's, will bring you to your inbox. I will go into detail later with this.
FAQ, stands for Frequently Asked Questions. If you are confused or need an explanation about something about the game or forums, its usefull to read through there because there's a good possibility that you will find your answer there.
Latest Fights
In the top right hand corner of your forums, you will be able to view the last five fights that went on between people in-game.
Latest Achievements
This is a list directly below the latest fights list. Here you will see the most recent achievements someone has gained and see the person who has recieved this achievement aswell as the type they have been awarded.
Top Achievements
Here, directly under the latest achievements, you will see a leaderboard of the players with the most achievements. In the first field you will see their posistion in the leaderboard, ie 1,2,3,4. In the second field you will see the player that is currently in that posistion. In the third field you will see the ammount of achievements they currently have.
Notices
This is the notice board. This will update you with various things that are important and exciting that's happening in toribash. It will be located directly under your navigation bar.
Toribash "Whats Going On" Section
The Whats Going On section will be located directly at the bottom of your page, but only on the main index. Current Active users means everyone that is online and viewing the forums in some way. ### Members means that out of everyone that is online, that many are people who currently have accounts on the forums. ### Guests means that out of everyone, that is how many people who are viewing the forums not logged into an account.
The list of players below that displays all the people who are logged in. When someones name is Highlighted in Purple it means that they currently belong to a group reffered to as the Promo Team or Green if they belong to the market squad.. We will not go into the details of the promo team or market squad. however. People with names in Blue means that they are Super Moderators. Someone who is a Clan Mod has their name in Black. Alpha-Team Members have their name in Red. There are also ninja's who have much more powerful powers than admins but keep their username looking like the rest of the players. Administrators are hidden, like Ninjas.

Part II ~ Forum Sections and Purpose
General
The News section is where site admins will update you on Toribash News.

The News section is where site admins will update you on Toribash News.
The Discussion section is for debating, discussion of serious topics, and for talking on-topic about current or past events.
The Rapid Thread section is for off-topic idle talking and casual discussing.
Nabi Fight School
Begginers Sanctuary is for people new to the game are able to ask questions about the game, talk about ingame moves and strategies, introduce themself, and many other things to help them get acquainted with the game.
The Tutorials section is where you can find great tutorials that will help you out, including this one. Remember, questions DON'T go in this board !
Competitions
Game events, is where you will find all the events about ingame play, such as replay competitions, leagues, tournaments and more.
Design events, is where you will find all the competitions including texture designing, video creating, and just about all kinds of creative user created content competitions around.
The Book Of Records, is where you will find all crazy toribash records in the game that have been listed aswell as a place for a chance to beat those records.
Bounty Hunting, is a section where players put out a request with special circumstances for beating a player ingame, and will pay you after pasting a replay of the conditions filled.
Creators Lounge
The Replay Section, is where you can post all your epic replays and get review aswell as post some replays in which your looking for ways to improve in.
Art and Videos, is where you can post all your toribash related user-created content in and get review on it.
Mods, is where you can post and look at all custom mods for toribash aswell as custom Lua scripts for the game.
General art, is for all non-toribash related art.
Market
Art and Textures, is a section where you can purchase art from player's shops, bid on auctions for sets, or even open up your own shop. You can also request art or textures in the Requests sub-section.
The Item Section, is where you can purchase items out of players inventory's or purchase what they are offering, bid on in-game accounts, or even sell your own gear there.
Torishop Discussion, is for discussion about the Torishop.
Market Squad, is home to the Market Squad, where they list rules of the market and many other things for you to read. If you have been scammed, this is where you need to post.
Operations and Support
Support is where you can ask your questions related to the game or the forums and get help from people.
Suggestions is where you can input what you think should be changed, added, or removed from the game or the forum.
Clans
Toribash Fight Leagues, is where you will find all the current leagues running within the game.
Clan Events, is where you will find all events hosted by clans, for clans, or both.
Organizations, is where you will find all the official and unofficial organizations in Toribash
Clan Discussion, is where you will find all official and unofficial clans in Toribash.
Elerk
Toribash Spider. Basicly what this does is finds all the sites that mention toribash, feature it, or talk about it, and lists them.
Gaming chat, is where you discuss gaming.
Computer chat, is where you talk about programming and hardware.
Music chat, is discussion specifically for music.
Wibbles, a place of complete off topic discussions.
