As many of you noticed, the last few Toribash versions had a bug that broke a number of scripts. However, this seems to be fixed in the upcoming 5.0 release. There is a beta available on Steam (more on that below) and when running it all the scripts that were broken because of the bug are working again!


Scripts affected by this are:

• Tori Assistant
• Unlimited Movesaver
• Blam's and my script for (automatically) running multiple scripts.
• Lua console

If I forgot some please tell me so I can add them to the list.


How to get the beta
If you don't want to wait for the official release of 5.0 you can check out the beta via Steam. Be aware though that it's quite unstable and might crash at times (it's a beta after all). If you still want to test it, follow these steps:

• In your list of games right-click on Toribash and click on "Properties".
• On the top select the "BETAS" tab.
• In the drop-down menu select "beta -".
• That's it. Steam now downloads the beta and when it's done the aforementioned scripts should work again.
