Depends on what you have, post specs and try to get rid of programs and files you don't need etc.

RAM is your best bet. With XP you are going to want between 1gb and 3gb

so if I buy RAM 3gb its going to go faster or I have to change the windows ( I think I am going to buy windows 7 ) and other things ??

If you going to change to Windows 7 you'll need at least 4gb of RAM but if you stay with XP 3gb should be plenty.

No 32bit operating system can use more than 3.25gb of RAM.
