He fucking dominated every single tourney game he was picked in. His infinite sustain and every 8 seconds being invincible is op as fuck.

He wasn't overbuffed, he was fine. The problem with Vlad is the fact that he is a character than can 1v5 if not balanced correctly (like old jax and a few others, hypercarries), and Riot is having problems balancing him and doesn't like characters like that. And he didn't "completely dominate" every tourney game, he wasn't even in most of them. They put him in a good spot with the last nerfs: not instaban worthy, and not instapick worthy. He was a hard counter to several champion and all in all pretty well balanced. The only problem with him is that he snowballs really really well, much like akali and tryndamere, some other hypercarries.
