i havent been on tb for awhile so... after i installed 4.9 since 5.0 not workin on me

as i know toribash 4.95 does this when your graphic card is broken or you dont even have a graphic card

i want you to answer these questions so i can help you

did you install new windows recently!?
if you have a graphic card what is it!?
if you dont have a graphic card i recommend you try version 5.1 the new version
if it says msvcp.dll or msvcr.dll is missing just google it and download them from any website
