All your movements were correct it was just a matter of extreme aiming because you can't put much force into it. Took me some edits too.
The problem is that your previous kick is pushing uke away and your last kick flows with the movement of uke. He can absorb most of the power of your attack. Makes it extremely hard to dismember him. If you leave the 2nd last kick out you have a much better impact and can put a lot more power into the spinkick. Made a replay to illustrate that.
