Does it exist? Can i take turns fighting someone right next to me by him/her controlling one player and I the other?

You mean LAN or Ad Hoc? No

But taking turns clicking, yes.

JorreI, do you mean take turns clicking 2 different people? I won't have internet for a while, but I would still like to fight my friends while they're sitting right next to me and using my computer.

He means that two players can play Toribash by playing single player and you play as a Tori and your friend will play as a Uke.

Though "hot seat" might be doable with scripting..
