Hello, Ive been attempting to land this move for how long. As I've finally landed i do not remember what all i did so instead ill tell you how to do MADHampas Head kick 3. It is quite simple all you have to do is Set the engage distance to 200 Raise your right shoulder, Contract your Right Pecs, Extend your left Pecs,Relax right knee, Extend right hip, Extend right Ankle, Extend Left Glute, SPACE X3 Contract right hip SPACE X2 Contract right knee, Extend right Glute SHIFT SPACE X6 Extend right knee then attempt to land have fun
