Every [RAM] member has an ability to create 2 rules (we will still consider about accepting those rules or not).

Going off-topic will result a warning.

3rd warning is too harsh for some members (jaoomaior and few more)...

Joining: Must be atleast 1500 qi and up (half black belt) and does in clan that have lower can stay and atleast 100 post nothing under
