Gamemasters recruiting!

Hey there guys! Once again, it's time for the GameMasters to recruit some fresh blood.
There are no requirements based on belt, post count or length of time you've been around.
We're looking for reliable, active and enthusiastic people who are outgoing and personable.
It's a free form application, that means there's no set format, you include however much you feel is needed, GMT, languages, when you're active etc etc
That kind of stuff.
Applications should be sent to Erth or Thorn.

Before writing it up though, you may wanna check THIS THING HERE out. Dargon's been lovely enough to tell you how to make a good not totally balls app

The deadline for applications is (2 weeks after this thread is posted)

Any posts saying "Just sent my app" or "Good luck" will be deleted and infracted

P.S Posting in this thread will not help your chances. We're going on the assumption that most posts here will be full-retard

She/They

Yeah, I only don't like erthtkv2 because of the mod's name. Make it "tkv2," and the mod will instantly become more popular. This is a valid reason as the name of the mod is still an important feature that no one seems to have yet discussed.

If you're accepted you'll get a pm, if rejected you won't get any notification.
We'll also release the list shortly after they're accepted.

Ok thanks.

Look at the GMT at the bottom of the website and then +/- the amount from that time to your current time to get your GMT. For example, Its 10 PM GMT, It is 6PM in my timezone. Therefore my GMT is -4.
DAMN.

Approximately 3-4 weeks, depending on how many application the GM's get as there will be a voting period, which last for around a week or two.
Ex-Gamemaster

So, whats involved these days being a Gamemaster?

I was one before, back when lots of recordkeeping was involved, and on top of that, I ran my own tournaments back during the "dark ages" before Toribash became f2p.

So, mainly I'm curious about requirements, frequency expected, and other nuts and bolts details.

Assuming of course that I'm not on some blacklist by now, lol.

What.
I don't suggest you lose hope after three or four weeks, just because we don't accept you this time around does not mean that we won't accept you at all. Also the voting period for these types of things usually last for around a month, not just a week or two.

Well, we do keep logs of what we do. It's expected that we're active and hosting tourneys/making events and such. To an extent we're in-game police, but really not as much as people think we are. Basically we entertain the community.
