For some reason the blood is in weird red balls and disseappear when they hit the ground, but in all the videos I watch the blood is more fluent and splat when it hits the ground...Any solutions?

The blood you see in the videos is with shaders. If you want to activate the shaders, press Esc, Setup, Utils, Shaders, and then click on the one you want to activate.

NOTE: If the shaders don't turn on, or uncheck themselves, it means your drivers aren't good enough for them.

I can only use the inverted shader

Try to update your GPU drivers.
Without shaders, you can't enable the fluent blood.
