Item won't appear
I bought head textures and marine secodary.... and it is activated, but I waitd for hours and it still won't appear..... Does it need a confirmation from the developers...

No make sure you have activated it and then just play a few games online

Also, try typing "/dl jokerstein", without quotes, into the game. It should download your items.
