Fraps is the best, but it costs.
I usually use hypercam2, but isn't really well for 2 reasons.
1. You may capture what you don't want. (I trim it out wit Sony Vegas Pro)
2. It always says unregistered hypercam2 and doesn't go until you actually buy.
Screenium is also very recommended.
