back up accounts?
Is it okay to have back up accounts? I know it sounds like a silly question, but if you made one it could be removed for inactivity right?

Er, should be no concern for your 'backup' being removed. Just log in to it every now and again so admins know who to contact in case someone wants that username.

You can request for your account's name to be changed, which costs 100,000 TC, but I do not think you can request to simply have an account named "such and such" if that username is already in use.
