I don't have a custom folder. The one where you see other people's textures and hair, etc. I don't even see textures in replays and stuff either.

It's probably not there to make the installer smaller, if you meet people in multiplayer or use command /dl <nick> (for example /dl hampa), it should get you their textures into custom folder.

If it doesn't work, we'll try to figure out why.
