I see it too, it's a common glitch that inverts the order of two posts. Happens when the posts are written nearly in the same moment.

pretty much this, until it's fixed (which might be never), if this happens to you, you can go edit your post and there's a delete post function there, you can delete the post and make it again a while later, restoring correct order. Or if you can't delete the post, ask a mod to do it.
