Multiple items is something that really bothers me. I've been bothered by the fact that I can't wear an officer cap and cancer at the same time when it make perfect sense. I'm not the only one who's had to deal with too. All my mates complain about wanting to activate several items like not being able to have del shading for certain body parts if you have a item enabled there.
