Oh trust me I am commited. I want this to be my carreer, but I have to wait for a long while till then. I just need something that is easy to use for someone not really educated in the stuff.

(1).I would go ahead and start learning C++ so you can get familiar with it.
(2).You wont get far using a simple program... you need to learn C++ if you want to make this your career. Oh by the way C++ is a dynamic code that you have to input Alt codes in the code itself. You need to be experienced in any type of code before you try it, such as boleans, rubby, ect.
