I have been switching between image file converters constantly. Gimp didn't work, and other programs changed the file incorrectly, even with proper settings. Can someone make a simple program that direcly changes images into the perfect tga format required for a custom head?

This is a planned feature for THP2, but it is going to be a short while before it is ready for use.
