I pass some low 5*, and I can fc some 4.5*, but I think I'll be able to fc or atleast pass correctly a 5* in a few days.

I use hawku's custom driver with 10ms smoothing filter, that might be why it seems to be delaying

iirc that's a problem with gpu driver,try updating your driver and see if it fixes that
