i looked next to my name there's no quit button i need a staff member of toribash to kick me out of it and we have a war request on them and they wont decline or accept it and my clan isn't active what do i do?

Try to log out and log back in. Usually that does the job.

Since there is a current war going on that's pending, it wont let anyone leave the clan, you'll need a Clan Manager to end the war for you or get in touch with the leader of both clans(whichever one you chose) to end the war.
