what do i need to make mods??
i have tried to use word to make mods and all kind of things. im asking that do you need a writer with ability to make tbs files

To make mods, you need one of the following files:

ANY WORD PROCESSOR.

You can make mods in Notepad, Wordpad, Word (To name a few Windows ones). Anything which is used to make text, you can make mods with.

Of course, there is a modmaker out there, but I think the pro's edit the text directly to create mods.
