I have noticed there are alot of cases of people putting massive bounties that they dont have the money for on an alt, and then claiming it and making millions, i have reported this to Apple, but this is becoming even more frequently used.

Yeah , i think they have already fixed it , this was probably the reason of the 'TC disabled'
