What does emote do? I just bought in the ToriShop and I was wondering what it does. And how much will it be if I would of sell it?

If you type /em <text> while in game the text will appear in the colour you bought or the default color near the head of your tori. You can sell it for the same price you bought it or maybe cheaper or more expensive, but never go higher than the actual shop price.

By the way, you can use /emote and a color code to automatically use colored emotes without buying an emote color.

A color code is typing ^(# between 1-100)text. This works for ingame chat as well.

Yes, emote is text above your head like your talking, But some characters dont appear in emote, they just come up as a square
