what are war perms ?

He wasn't able to start a war.

This is because it takes certain permission or "perms" for someone to create a war.

These permissions are only given away by you, since you lead the clan.

Oh I got you now . I would rather be there for the war that is why , but If a war is needed an we have alot of active player just PM i will grant the permission
