the first type is when bet hoster set fixed nudge price and first who do
/paynudge [amount] getting nudge to next match
*important must have things
- if bet hoster kicks user that payed for nudge before the payed match was started, he cant get other nudges for this match again (nudges locked) and of coarse
he(bet hoster) will not get TC of this nudge payment.
- if user that payed nudge pinged/quit bet hoster get TC of this nudge payment and he can get other nudges for this match again (nudges are not locked)


the second type is when bet hoster set minimal bet, (optionally) minimal add
in TC. And the nudge get user that sended biggest amount of TC.
