You could buy an item called "Animated (resolution) (piece) Texture", and you could upload a maximum of (you guys decide an optimal amount) frames to it, and you can choose how often it advances a frame, like every 50 frames, every 1 frame, whatever.

Maybe these would be restricted to ridiculously low resolutions or something, as it would be relatively space-filling to have 10 512x512 full body animated textures, but the idea could definitely be tweaked to accomodate these issues.

Just a fun little item idea, hope to see something like this implemented, seems kinda cool.
