It's tad cluttered so you don't really have to mention it.

I would suggest adding another layer of the same shapes underneath the original shapes then put a black color overlay then gussian blur it.
Would look a little bit less cluttered , the head looks fine though ;)

Its pretty epic, i like it it looks simple but nice, btw reminds me of Tryton's set. Maybe you shuold add somthing in the back dont u think?

I like it. Simple but effective, I love the shading in the eyes. I also like the colour scheme

Cluttered, yes. You're right. Spacing it out would be a requirement.
Loving the colour scheme. Mapping is delicious. Try making the white transparent, see how that turns out. There are enough details to give the limbs shape.
The head needs some sort of detail coming from the back, over the top and turns into an emblem of sorts on the forehead, that'd look really cool to me.
