So, we're recruiting for Uniteam. In this same thread, below, you can find the post concerning Unibash applications.

What is Uniteam?

Uniteam is a staff group that sits in beginner servers to inform them about Toribash and preserve them as players and hopefully as members of the community. That is their primary function.

Uniteam also hosts "beginner tourneys", tournaments in which only low-belt beginners are allowed to participate. We teach you how to do both of these things.

As a Uniteam member, you also gain a half-op ingame and other capabilities that allow you to do your job and mark you as a helper.

What's required and suggested concerning applications?

You do not need experience with either the above things. We teach you how to sit and host tourneys. Past experience may work in your favor, however.

We also look at your behavior in general and how active you are. If you are an ass and/or can't be assed to get ingame, you won't get in. A beautiful application does not make a beautiful applicant.

We also look for a willingness to learn and be a part of a team. We expect you to be responsible and professional. You will be held responsible for your own actions as a Uniteam member, and we give no more quarter than any other staff position.

As for the application itself, it is completely free form. What you think should be included is entirely up to you.
