It seems as though the 4.93 update somehow changed a setting and I cant seem to get my joint textures working again.

According to many reports it's very possible that joint textures don't work in 4.93 for some reason. Since the update was released today, your options are either dealing with it and waiting for it to be fixed or using stand-alone old version
