If you buy an item with shiai you cannot sell nor trade that item cause it was bought with shiai tokens that are used to buy a unsellable item.(by my thought and information) can someone tell me if im right or wrong.

You are wrong. You can trade items bought with shiaia tokens. You just can't transfer the credits themselves.
Also. Click on the picture of the barbed wire in your inventory to edit market price.
