I made but near the decap there's bug

One question: im new to replay making but im not bad, i just restarted(i loved replay making and i gave up so now im back) and uhm i dont know what oppener to use in manips(I never knew lol) and uhm any tips for regular oppeners?

now im not a master but maybe try use a launch or a nice kick that will make Uke jump and then you try jump to him so on so on. I hope this helps
