Ok so it's looking very good so far, except for... Two things i guess? One is more egregrious than the other, so i'll start with that: Her left eye (the one closest to us). It seems to be disconnected from the eyelid, thus giving her eye an extra corner. :I
Basically, it needs to be nudged a bit up and to the left, since it doesn't seem to be quite in line with the other eye either.
Second thing is merely that her neck is a bit on the long side, although part of that might also stem from the viewing angle.

And yes xeneizear they totally do! I made that random thing when I first got the tablet so yeah that's why the shading is not that good.
