Hello, I think I'm having trouble sending money using Paypal. I thought I sent the money yesterday but the guy PM'd me today and told me he have not received any payments from me. I then logged in to my Paypal and realized that there is no money sent to him.

I googled the steps to send the money but the YouTube videos shows a different a different layout. Can someone please teach me how to send the money? I started using the Paypal account a month ago just to receive money, hence, I never send money before.
