Well, If you were to recuit, or make a recruitment thread I would suggest the following list.

What Mods you Specialise In:
Anything your good at? (e.g art, video's)

Now try and get active members, I would also suggest going through and deleting the players that haven't been on for quite a while, and Change the name to something more interesting, more intreging,

Also put a belt restriction, maybe brown belt

you shouldnt let whites into the clan anymore, or anything below brown even if they're your best friend.
