I purchased a 128x128 Groin Texture off the market and then activated it, but when I tried to upload a texture to it the website wouldn't update it. It kept saying at the top that it was successfully uploaded but each time I did it the texture never changed and the groin piece on the texture page for the website kept appearing like this.

Can someone help me fix this or if this groin texture is just glitched can I have it replaced for free?
