k so everything loads up and the game works fine but whenever i try joinin a toribash multiplayer game it says its not connected what can i do

If you're trying to connect to server that has a qi limit, it will give you the message not connected, like if you're attempting too access an intermediate server or a blackbelt server, and so forth.

Orange Belt is for intermediate+ only

therefore u most go into intermediate server

try again it also mite B because u wer banned

Either wat VV said or maybe you just need to get a higher classed internet router or company because it just might not reach to the toribash server network.
