Hello! So I recently started trying to make a replay. It goes ok until the last bit. I am trying to rip Uke's head off but instead my arm dm's. Can anyone help me? I have another replay where I do get his head off but i dont really like it.

yo yo this is a great first manipulation. most DM's are done without grabbing but hitting as i'm sure you've seen in other replays. usually people tend to build momentum and then go for a hit. the reason your second hit worked is because you had enough force going for you. you didn't even need to grab. just work on building momentum and don't even worry about hitting uke
