im pretty sure that most of the achievments that aren't belt related or are about full sets won't work.
i do have the Legacy achievment and am being told that i need 456 more wins to get the legend one.

achievements are a bit buggy and currently it is a matter of chance whether you will actually receive it. As an example I have gotten both achievements successfully so it is possible to receive it as far as I'm aware.

well,the reason for my question is a bit different,sometimes i see guys
with 25k+ qi with at least 50% win ratio but missing both achievements.
So,it is either that they don't work or that the specific person has bought his
qi and have won less than a thousand or five thousand games.
