I cant seem to match Noxious Force joints with a custom texture color, could anyone help or happen to have the rgb/ cymk / webcode for it to put into color mixer. Thanks!

Yes, there is a problem with Noxious and with some other shadeless colors like Toxic, Radioactive, Pharos or Supernova.
The joint color is too bright, and it "glows" a bit, but the bodyparts don't. And you can't achieve this effect neither using textures nor gradients.
Noxious is just a bad choise, there's nothing to do at this point. You can try finding similar colors, but i doubt they will match the force color since you can not disable the shadows which are being applied on bodyparts.
