I was thinking about this for a while, and I thought of a better way of doing this. What if I make the program, and run it from my computer at all times. Every 10 minutes or so, it will check all servers for double-clienters. The program will be connected to irc and when it finds double-clienters, it will post them in the an irc channel that toriagents and admins are in. What do you think?
