Thanks man, I used to only get 20 fps now I get 30-55 (I say 30 because sometimes it lags down there)

Yes: get rid of stupid crap, check for viruses, defrag your hard-drive(I reccomend defraggler), update graphics card driver. Yes, all of those.

At the "Target" text box, after the quotes put in -width X -height X.
So copy and paste this into the target box:
