[Solved] I'm Not Recieving Toricredits
I've won 93 matches and had some really long win streaks (some 17 long) yet I only have 20 toricredits and when i check the toricredits won ingame page it shows 0.
Why am I not receiving toricredits? how do I fix this?

Well, you only have 58 QI first of all. If you really did win 93 matches, while having 58 QI, wait a day or two, then report this. You may not have been playing in official servers.

If you are playing in official servers (Beginner, Intermediate, Semi-Pro, Blackbelt) then the servers are messed up.

If you are playing in your own room or somebody elses, then you do not get toricredits for a win. The reason you don't win toricredits in personal rooms is because if they did that then people could set up rooms to mods that lasted 1 or 2 turns, and farm toricredits.
