I want to know if it is Nirs, a test of Moderators or a simple member who got banned to test something, I don't know

As far as I know, all Guest posts are made by an account that has been deleted.
This shows how deleting accounts messes with stuff, so the staff dont do it anymore

This guy is Nirs , a deleted account that site devs deleted.
and yes when your account gets deleted,it turns into a guest member.

long time ago a russian idiot bitch hacked himself admin access and deleted a bunch of russian accounts. the deleted people had to register again

and even if you scrolled down you will see his name in the quote but when you scroll up its not there.

But Nirs' account was made in jan 2008, and that post was made in December 2008, if they deleted nirs' account, his join date must be more than december 2008
