The only one with decent level of discussion right now is probably Virtue, perhaps All Stars but they're more of an in-game clan

I read some, but will write exclusively in this one.

I don't consider some worth mentioning and some not, they are all interesting/not interesting from time to time

Honestly most of them are pretty boring, if we're talking about official clans though, there are a few more that I check, Ct and duck are the main ones
